Our Licensing education courses are approved for all 50 states and D.C. for the core requirement.
The core requirement is for a proficiency in the fundamentals of real estate acquisition and finance in all 50 states.
We offer some state specific courses and will continue to add to the state offering.
In states where we do not have a course we provide a link to LearnMortgage.
