Dear Student,
You stated that you had problems with the video.
- The video pauses automatically 2 or 3 times throughout the sessions to insure someone is watching.
- The videos also will timeout if you leave a session unattended for more than 5 minutes. You are not notified of being logged out so don’t let it happen.
This is the expected behavior and is not a glitch.
Very few people complain of video problems. But there are a few and, yes, we are not that perfect.
99% of problems are connection issues.

Use a wired connection over a wireless. Many connection issues are caused by viewing on a company VPN or network where the company limits watching long videos. It is best to view the sessions not being on a corporate VPN or getting permission from your company.
