The greatest strengths of the course are:

1. the use of additional resources to gain additional knowledge about various topics
2. the class is taught online vs reading a textbook. This gives people an advantage to hear the information as well as read the information.
3. The use of examples given throughout the course was extremely beneficial.
4. The course was taught in a through and concise manner and it was easy to follow and understand.

The course could be improved by giving additional mortgage case scenarios/calculations for individuals to try on their own.

This class is perfect for someone who is new and trying to learn about the mortgage industry. The class lets you see all of the different aspects that is involved in the loan process.
