CLOES.online Announces 2027 Quarterly Training Program
Is eight hours of annual CE really the end of mortgage training?
For state-licensed MLOs, the SAFE Act requires at least eight hours of approved continuing education each year for license renewal. But annual CE isn’t the only training consideration for mortgage companies.
Regulation “Z” requires certain loan originator organizations to provide periodic training covering applicable federal and state law requirements. CFPB guidance explains that this training must be sufficient in its frequency, timing, duration and content to ensure loan originators understand the laws applicable to their activities.
Cybersecurity is another example. The FTC’s Safeguards Rule guidance tells covered financial institutions to provide security-awareness training and “schedule regular refreshers.”
That’s why CLOES.online created the a Quarterly Training Program. Let us take this off your plate!
Rather than the bare minimum of annual CE, our client companies provide relevant training throughout the year:
Q1 — BSA/AML Basics or Update
Q2 — Cybersecurity
Q3 — Mortgage Mashup: Current Happenings
Q4 — Your Choice from our extensive course library
PLUS — One additional elective chosen by your company
The Mortgage Mashup is particularly important: regulations, underwriting guidelines, appraisal requirements, products, technology and industry practices don’t conveniently change once a year. We bring those developments together into practical training your team can actually use.
Programs are available live or on-demand, with completion certificates, documentation, flexible delivery, volume pricing and dedicated support.
NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT!
PAY BY THE QUARTER!
Choose the training your team needs, when they need it.
Don’t just check the annual CE box. Build a culture of ongoing education.
